Coming out of the dark ages – Law firm goes paperless.

By admin | June 2, 2010

Something often mentioned but rarely accomplished, the largest Tax resolution Law firm in the United States has gone paperless. In a bid to become a far more green operation Roni Deutch has decided to dispence with unnecessary memo’s and hand written notes.

All correspondence will now be via e mail. The main area of concern for Roni Lynn Deutch was the amount of paper the company was wasting in their client enrolment. She noted that over eighteen years, an awful lot of time and effort had gone into transferring all of these enrollements from one department to the other. In a time when the market is not quite what it was, it is a great time to take stock and see where improvements can be made, and when the solution saves money and the environment, then it is an easy decision to make.

A paperless office means easily transferrable files, and easily stored files. Some companies could probably creat working space for doxens of workers if they were to dispense with their paper filing, and this is what they hope to achieve at Roni Deutch. It is great to see a company taking a green stance, and it is hoped that other companies start to follow suit.
